At Fundamental and Technical Stock Institute (FSI), we strive to provide high-quality education and training in stock market fundamentals and technical analysis. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
• You may request cancellation of your enrollment in any course or program within 2 days of registration.
• No cancellations will be accepted once the course has commenced.
2. Refund Policy
Live/Online Courses
• Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 2 days of registration.
• No Refund: After the commencement of course.
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled by FSI, participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future session.
3. Course Transfer & Substitution
• If you are unable to attend a course, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch (subject to availability).
• You may also substitute another participant in your place by notifying us at least 4 days before the start date.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
